A Vineland developer has applied to the Cherry Hill Planning Board to build a 25,000-square-foot “flex space” building with box truck loading and parking at the northwest corner of Woodcrest and Burnt Mill roads.
Applicant VCC 100 Woodcrest Road LLC, associated with Vineland Construction Co., is scheduled to testify to the board at its meeting next Monday and present the preliminary and final major site plans for approval. The site, a grassy lot, is across Burnt Mill Road from Bryant Road and a residential neighborhood.
