Printing Plant is For Sale

The Courier-Post’s printing plant in Cherry Hill is now on the market following its closure last month. The 145,000-square-foot industrial building, located at 301 Cuthbert Blvd. near Route 38, sits on 12.8 acres. The closure led to the layoff of 139 full- and part-time workers in the mailroom and press operations, as the Gannett-owned South Jersey newspaper moved its printing operations to facilities in Rockaway, New Jersey, and Wilmington, Delaware. The Class B building features 10 dock and overhead doors, with ceiling heights of 16 feet, 30 feet, and 50 feet. Built in 1954 and renovated in 1988, the property also includes 200 surface parking spots, according to marketing materials.
