C. World Bell Wholesale Acquires 166,489-SF Industrial Building in Cherry Hill

C. World Bell Wholesale Co. has purchased a 166,489-square-foot industrial building in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The property was acquired from Gannett for $8.4 million.

Located at 301 Cuthbert Boulevard, the Class B facility sits on a 12.78-acre site. The building previously operated as the printing plant for the Courier-Post newspaper.

The property features heavy power, 10 dock and overhead doors, and ceiling heights ranging from 16 to 50 feet. It was marketed for roughly 13 months with an initial asking price of $8.5 million.

The asset ultimately traded for approximately $50.37 per square foot. Gannett ceased printing operations at the facility in June 2024 and relocated production to Rockaway, New Jersey, and Wilmington, Delaware.

C. World Bell Wholesale acquired the property for its own distribution operations. The purchase expands the company’s regional industrial footprint.

The distributor currently owns two additional properties totaling 178,584 square feet. The Cherry Hill acquisition further positions the company within a key South Jersey logistics corridor.
