Cherry Hill Industrial Building Sold for $8.4M as Former Printing Facility Changes Hands

A 145,000-square-foot industrial building in Cherry Hill has been sold for $8.4 million. As a result, the former printing facility is being repositioned for a new use.

The property is located on Cuthbert Boulevard. It was acquired by J.C. World Bell, a wholesale distributor supplying convenience stores and other retailers.

The sale was reported earlier this year and later confirmed through county records. Therefore, the transaction has now been fully documented.

Previously, the building supported a large-scale printing operation. At its peak, hundreds of workers were employed across production and editorial functions.

However, operations declined as the media industry shifted toward digital platforms. As a result, the facility was closed in 2024.

Following the closure, the property was placed on the market. Subsequently, it was acquired for industrial use.

Ultimately, the transaction reflects continued demand for large-scale industrial assets in the Cherry Hill market.
